Phone Interview

“Why Worry? If You’ve Done The Very Best You Can, Worrying Won’t Make It Any Better.” -Walt Disney

When it comes to the Disney College Program phone interview these are words to live by. So you’ve just scheduled your phone interview and you’re probably a bundle of nerves and excitement. I’m here to tell you to take a deep breathe and relax! Everyone is nervous when it comes to their phone interview and everyone wants to better prepare themselves. Below I’ve compiled a list of interview questions that have been asked/could possibly be asked during the interview. I will bold the ones that I was specifically asked. Remember this is just for practice! Please do not write a script or full answers to the questions below for the phone interview, you don’t want to sound like a robot! Write a few bullet points if you feel that will help and just let the conversation flow ~

Also EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! Make sure you have questions for the interviewer! At the end of the interview they will ask you if you have any questions. I recommend you have some already prepared. It is important to show you have done your research and are really interested in this opportunity.
